Begun in 2015, this website was born out of my passion for rare and exotic edible plants.  Originally just a place to show others the vast collection of edible plants I was able to successfully grow in my back yard, in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S. (primarily zones 7 - 8), I am continuing to expand the site, with the goal of becoming your preferred resource for all things edible (for plants).  This website is still very much in its infancy, so please bare with me as its growth has been slow.  I hope to add as much as I can, to make this an important place for your efforts in researching all of the plants this world has provided for us to eat.
